When we started exploring our work, we looked a t the most important tools people can use to be ready for change, become great leaders and work with eachother in an efficient way. We tried all those different tools over and over again. But the result was the same: in the end people would go back to their old behaviours and nothing changed.

Until an epiphany struck: cultural change couldn't manifest without profound inner transformation. Simultaneously, we recognized that organizational systems often hindered rather than facilitated this evolution. This realization led us to a pivotal understanding: true transformation requires a fusion of inner and collective growth alongside a redefinition of organizational models.
